The general terms and conditions of the online store www.furlosport.si, managed by the company Akva d.o.o., PE FURO SPORT, Robova cesta 6, 1360 Vrhnika, are drawn up in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22), on the protection of personal data (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 163/22 – ZVOP-2), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and on the free flow of data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia and international e-business codes. The general terms and conditions of business govern the rights and obligations of the goods provider and the consumer.

With the general terms and conditions of the online store www.furlosport.si, the company defines the terms of business listed below and the definitions of terms: 

  • user: is a user and visitor of the online store
  • buyer: is an unregistered or registered user who makes a purchase through the online store
  • registered user: is a user who has registered with his data in the online store
  • purchase: the purchase contract is concluded by submitting an online order for the article specified in the order regulates the conclusion of contracts with customers in accordance with:

    - The Consumer Protection Act
    - Trade laws
    - The Electronic Business

Act validity of the general conditions: these general conditions apply from 31.5.2024 and are valid until changed. If the general conditions change, only these will be published in online markets.

C. PRICES

All product prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. Prices are guaranteed on the day of the order and may change daily.

D. ORDERS

The customer can order the goods 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Before you finally confirm the purchase, you can correct the content in the shopping cart. If you are buying for the first time, you can register and create an account with which you can also obtain a username and password for further purchases. As a registered user, you will be able to review your orders. Data provided during registration and submission of an online order will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act - ZVOP-2, which entered into force on January 26, 2023.

When the order is confirmed, the buyer receives a confirmation to the registered e-mail address and at this stage the contract is concluded. The provider reserves the right to review the order and, if necessary, contact the buyer at the given phone number or e-mail address within 48 hours of confirmation of the purchase.

Within the promised period, the provider ships the product together with the attached original invoice to the chosen address, which was specified by the buyer during the purchase.

Orders can be placed by registered and non-registered users.

Registered and unregistered users guarantee that the data they provided during registration or purchase accurate and true.

If the provider finds that the data is inaccurate, it has the right to delete the user's account.

The provider does not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 and persons with revoked or limited business capacity.

Confirmed order or the contract is in electronic form and stored on the server of AKVA d.o.o., PE FUROSPORT, Robova cesta 6, 1360 Vrhnika.

E. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
For all areas of business, the buyer can choose from the following payment options:

  • With cash or card upon collection (depending on the delivery service)
  • By transfer to the provider's account (proforma invoice), payment according to the proforma invoice must be made within 5 days, otherwise the provider has the right to withdraw from the contract
  • By credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard)
  • To pay by advance invoice or by credit card, the buyer uses the provider's name and bank account:

After payment, the provider will deliver the order to the selected delivery service as soon as possible.

We guarantee immediate dispatch (within 2 - 3 working days) of ordered products from stock. If the buyer would like to buy a product that we currently do not have in stock, he can contact us at the email address: info@furlosport.si

The delivery of ordered goods is ensured by our contractual partner POŠTA Slovenije and GLS. In accordance with the agreement,
the client can pick up the ordered goods at the point of sale: Trafika 3DVA / Trgovski center Mercator Vrhinka, Robova cesata 6, 1360 Vrhnika - during working hours, every weekday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Shipping costs:
Slovenia: for orders over €100, delivery is free, for smaller orders the cost is €5 including VAT
EU member states (except Finland and Sweden): for orders over €300 the delivery cost is free, for other smaller orders the delivery cost is €17 including VAT
Other countries in Europe (Norway): for orders over €500 the delivery cost is free, for other smaller orders the delivery cost is €20 including VAT. In the case of customs costs, the costs are covered by the buyer himself.

G. RETURN OF GOODS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT:
Withdrawal from the contract is possible within 14 days by giving a written statement or signed forms (FORM) from the confirmed order.
From the confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement, the buyer is obliged to return the goods, which are undamaged, in the original undamaged and sealed packaging within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price for the returned goods to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the product to the IBAN, which the buyer will indicate on the return form.
Return costs are borne by the buyer.
Complaints: if the goods do not have the characteristics stated by the seller, or if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, or if the goods deviate from the buyer's order in any other way, then the buyer can complain about the goods. After prior agreement with the seller, he can return the goods by mail.
Warranty: In accordance with the law, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a warranty for the faultless operation of the purchased goods during the warranty period. The buyer can claim the warranty directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service.
H. ARTICLES ON THE WEBSITE
We allow the possibility of error when entering the technical specifications of the items. The images of the items may differ slightly from the actual items.
I. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider must confirm within 5 days that he has received the complaint and inform the buyer about the progress of the procedure.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably or out of court, otherwise the competent court is responsible for resolving the dispute.
